Questions that
come up often.
How far ahead should I order?
Three to four weeks is comfortable for a bulk order — that covers the quote, a sample, the pour and shipping. Single pieces go out in three to seven days. If your date is closer than that, ask anyway; rush slots open up more often than you'd think.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send a photo, a swatch, or a hex code from your invitation and the wax and ribbon get mixed to match. Colour matching is free on orders of 50 or more.
What can go on the tag?
A name, a date, a monogram, or a short line of text — roughly forty characters reads well at favor size. Longer messages work better on the audio card or a printed insert.
Do I get to see one before the whole batch?
On orders of 50 or more, one finished favor ships to you first. Nothing else is poured until you say go. Below 50 you'll get photos before the batch ships.
How does everything arrive?
Padded in layers and packed in table order, with spares on top of bulk orders. Glass travels well when it's packed properly, and it is.
Where do I pay?
Right here at checkout. Your card is charged when the order is placed, and you'll get a receipt by email along with a note when your pieces go into production.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. Delivery windows and any duties vary by country and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return a personalized order?
Personalized pieces can't be resold, so they aren't returnable — that's why the sample step exists. If something arrives damaged or wrong, send a photo and it gets remade or refunded.
